Refund policy

 Muchostickers does not allow returns on any products unless discussed with our customer service team prior. Our low cost to customers and limited inventory items makes it challenging to provide returns. Please contact us directly via our contact page if you have an issue with your order. We provide replacement products only for damaged goods with proof of the damage having occurred, not by negligence of the product use. We do not offer refunds, only store credit when approved by our team. If you are not sure whether or not to purchase a product from Muchostickers.com please hold off and be 100% sure you want our goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need to hear from you within 48 hours of receiving your goods to provide a resolution to you. After the 48 hours we are unable to provide replacements or refunds. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If we send you the incorrect item, we will make it right.  

 

Refunds
We will only refund a customer's orders in rare situations. As mentioned above we need to hear from you within 48 hours of receiving your product. This will be verified via tracking.
